Elizabeth is a dedicated and accomplished professional with over a decade of expertise in Human Resources and Client Relationship Management. She has a proven track record of working across multiple industries and joined Octagon Consulting in June 2019. Elizabeth became a COO/Managing Partner in January 2022 after successfully designing, executing and separating the business into two highly functional operating companies. In her role, Elizabeth oversees Octagon’s Portfolio of top clients, leading a team of talent advisors and consultants. She excels in creating winning strategies for clients and managing a range of responsibilities, including full lifecycle recruitment, employee relations, and records management. Her skills in team building, staffing, recruiting, client management, and human capital are pivotal to Octagon’s success. Elizabeth has collaborated on HR policy reviews, conducted salary compensation studies, and developed recommendations for compensation philosophies. She is responsible for the continued development of multi-faceted, long-term strategies designed to achieve Octagon’s overarching goals. Her expertise includes conducting organizational studies, guiding change management, developing workflow and process designs, identifying training needs, onboarding new staff, conducting classification and compensation studies, preparing employee surveys, fostering employee communications, and administering contracts. Her attention to detail and deep understanding of client needs have fostered long-term partnerships with numerous clients with diverse requirements. Elizabeth graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a minor in Business Administration from The University of Texas-Pan American. Elizabeth’s commitment to excellence and her passion for fostering strong client relationships underscore her ongoing success at Octagon Consulting. She continues to strive for excellence in all her professional endeavors, aiming to make a significant impact in the field of Human Resources.
