Based in Houston, TX, he leads a team focused on creating and implementing effective sales initiatives to meet and exceed business goals.
Prior to joining Octagon, Chris owned and operated Pro13 Staffing Solutions, Inc. for over a decade. During his tenure, he managed day-to-day recruiting and sales operations, developed diversification strategies for the client base, monitored market opportunities, and implemented value proposition initiatives. His efforts contributed to the company's growth and success in a competitive market.
Before Pro13, Chris was the VP of Sales & Business Development at ChaseSource, where he supported the company's growth plan by strategically conveying capabilities and staffing deliverables to key prospects. He developed and maintained new accounts through a logical, organized approach to selling strategies and established key customer meetings to support value-added service solutions.
Chris is 12-year veteran of the US Army, deployed in theater during Operation Desert Shield/Storm and a graduate of Kansas State University with a degree in Accounting. In addition to his passion for sales, Chris is an avid Boy Scout Troop leader and husband to Jeanne and father to Christina, Jose, Dominic, and Brooklyn.
